Before we can allow candidates to book onto one of our FA Referee Courses, they must first have completed the FA Learn The Laws Modules and completed an FA Online Safeguarding Course with it registered on their own FAN record.
The online Learn the Laws Learning Module can be accessed at:
https://falearning.thefa.com/course/view.php?id=1804
If you are under the age of 16, or a parent / guardian, you might find the information at the refereeing help centre useful when logging in. Please access it at:

The Online Safeguarding Course can be accessed at:
https://thebootroom.thefa.com/learning/qualifications/safeguarding-courses
All candidates can currently complete the ‘FA Safeguarding for All’ course and ‘FA Learn the Laws’ learning modules for FREE using their unique FAN number.
The Safeguarding for All course will take around 45 minutes to complete. The Learn the Laws Learning Modules will take around 90 minutes to complete.
We would strongly advise completing the above two online prerequisites ASAP, as our FA Referee Courses for 2022/23, are once again expected to fully subscribe.
We will only share the direct booking links for our FA Referee Courses with candidates who have completed the above two prerequisites and they appear on their Individual FAN record.
Once you have completed the above two prerequisites, please ensure you complete the below link in order to receive the direct course booking links:
