How do I verify my DBS application?

Modified on Thu, 2 Jan at 4:28 PM

Verification of ID documents for a DBS application must be carried out in person.

If you are a youth team official and applied through the club, you will need to arrange to meet your CWO.

All other roles are welcome to pop into our Stokesley office anytime Monday - Wednesday between 9-5pm with your three ID documents for a staff member to complete verification.

North Riding have a range of verifiers throughout the County:

A number of the Referee Core group are verifiers.

All Open Age/Adult Leagues have a Safeguarding League Advocate who are also NRCFA verifiers.

York LWOs/referee appointsments officer are NRCFA verifiers.

If if doubt please refer to your email from your DBS application, log back on https://fadv.onlinedisclosures.co.uk/ for a list of verifiers email sefeguarding@northridingfa.com

Please note if you have applied through North Riding i.e. not through a club, a CWO will not be able to view your DBS application to verify.
